I didn't know that it would take that long to burn my Helvetica T cookie. It took over an hour and a half, and the whole house to smell of something burning, just to brown the cookie and to blacken the insides. Every five minutes i would have to check the oven window to see the progress. To take pictures i had to open the oven door slightly and quickly snap a shot. The heat was intense and even browned the wax paper, and even left an imprint where the cookie lay.
